Germaine has experience with a wide variety of companies, from emerging start-ups to established companies, and has successfully managed the day-to-day Human Resources affairs for many companies, ranging from manufacturing to non-profits. Her wealth of skills encompass the mundane (keeping employee records in compliance) to the unbelievable (mentoring executive officers).
Germaine has both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications, and is a member of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), the leading Southern California Human Resources Professional Association.
In her business travels, Germaine saw the need for a Human Resources Consultant for small businesses that provided them with HR expertise usually reserved for larger, established companies, that also emphasized a partnership approach with a personal touch.
As she put it, "I saw that small business owners wanted the best workplace for their employees, yet were so overwhelmed with responsibilities that they found it hard to create that environment.
