Germaine Cresmer, Your Partner in Employee Management

With over 20 years of Human Resources expertise, Germaine is ready to assist your small business in managing your workforce. 

Germaine has experience with a wide variety of companies in several fields, ranging from emerging to established companies, as well as experience in both the private and non-profit sectors.

She has both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the  Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). 

Germaine also volunteers as a Board Member of the Burbank / Glendale Chapter of PIHRA as Programs Chair and also as a Committee Member and Lead Volunteer of the Career Renewal Ministry, a group dedicated to guide those in transition to the next phase of their career.
